A few days ago, the shanghai branch of Yiwu Association for Talents at Home and Abroad (YATHA) was unveiled and established.
The attitude towards and the things have done for talents not only reflects the development concept of a city, but also embodies the warmth of this city. In recent years, Yiwu has insisted on taking talents as the first resource for development, focusing on the center and serving the general situation to establish practical and effective methods of ¡°cultivating, attracting and retaining¡± talents and build itself into a favored land for entrepreneurship and innovation, so as to create the best ecology for the development of talents and promote the high-quality development of economy and society. According to incomplete statistics, the total number of talents in Yiwu has increased from 275,000 to 415,000 in the past five years. More than 40,000 college graduates came to Yiwu each year in recent years to get jobs or start businesses. And from January to June this year, Yiwu has already attracted 23,400 college graduates. |
