It was reported by the Yiwu Bureau of Statistics on July 23 that according to the unified accounting results of regional gross domestic product, the regional gross domestic product of Yiwu reached 104.63 billion yuan in the first half of 2024, ranking ninth in Zhejiang's counties (cities and districts). Calculated at comparable price, the year-on-year increase was 7.4 percent, ranking second in Jinhua¡¯s counties (cities and districts) and second in Zhejiang¡¯s top 17 counties (cities and districts), 1.8 percentage points and 1.0 percentage points higher than Zhejiang (5.6%) and Jinhua (6.4%) respectively. By industry, the £¦#118alue added of the primary industry was 1.12 billion yuan, up by 4.1 percent over the same period of the previous year, that of the secondary industry was 30.93 billion yuan, up by 7.9 percent, and that of the tertiary industry was 72.58 billion yuan, up by 7.2 percent.
The income of households has increased steadily, and the quality of life has improved gradually. In the first half of 2024, the per capita disposable income of Yiwu households was 45,912 yuan, up by 4.8 percent over that of the same period of last year, among which the per capita disposable income of urban households was 49,920 yuan, up by 4.0 percent and the per capita disposable income of rural households was 31,380 yuan, up by 8.0 percent. |
