Talent is the first resource, as well as the core competitiveness in the development of enterprises. Since the start of this year, Yiwu Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security has focused on the personalized demands of enterprises for talents and the demand for full-chain talent service and led the reform of the talent service part of Yiwu Enterprise Comprehensive Service Center. By ¡°making efforts from three dimensions¡±, Yiwu built a three-dimensional talent service matrix for enterprises, contributing to the construction of high-quality labor team, and preparing for and empowering high-quality development.
According to statistics, from January to July 2024, the ¡°Yiwu i Talent" handheld service platform dealt with more than 6,000 matters related to talent service, and helped to realize the payment of various talent subsidies of 283 million yuan.
Furthermore, multiple departments worked together and focused on the development of Yiwu¡¯s characteristic industries and the demands of enterprises to optimize the talent service platform. Through the use of Yiwu¡¯s talent database consisting of 420,000 talents, the digital application scenarios of ¡°i Talent¡± were upgraded, the accurate personas for talent teams were created, and ¡°Maps of Talents in various Industries¡± were drawn to provide data support for enterprises to obtain the most qualified talents and cultivate skilled talents. |
