On the afternoon of June 20, the X8026 ¡°Yiwu-Xinjiang-European¡± China-Europe Railway Express (Yiwu-Constanta),loaded with 110 TEUs of household supplies, daily commodities, household appliances, mechanical equipment,hardware tools and other goods, slowly left Yiwu West Railway Station under the supervision of Yiwu Customs,marking the official opening of the 20th line of Yiwu platform of ¡°Yiwu-Xinjiang-Europe¡± China-Europe Railway Express.
The railway express departs from the Horgos port in Xinjiang Province, passes through Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan,Georgia and other countries, and finally arrives at the port of Istanbul in Turkey and the port of Constanta in Romania.
Up to now, Yiwu platform of ¡°Yiwu-Xinjiang-Europe¡±China-Europe Railway Express has opened point-to-point through international freight train lines running to 20 directions such as the five Central Asian countries,Spain, Germany and so on, radiating 50 countries and more than 160 cities in the Eurasian continent. According to statistics, from January to May this year, a total of 806 ¡°Yiwu-Xinjiang-Europe¡± China-Europe Railway Express were launched, showing a trend of steady growth. |
